Membership

The requirements for joining TOSK as a full member are:

1. Membership application form signed and stamped by the director of the company.
2. Payment of a membership application fee of Ksh. 2000 which is non-refundable and only paid once.
3. Payment of an annual subscription fee of Ksh.12,500 (Ksh.10,000 annual fee + Ksh. 2,500 for AGM), which is also non-refundable paid after your documents are approved by the membership committee.
4. A valid copy of your organization's Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA) license.
5. A copy of the certificate of incorporation or registration for your business.
6. A copy of the TOSK Code of Ethics signed and stamped by the company director.
7. A copy of the lease agreement from your landlord or letting agent.
8. A certificate of good conduct for the organization's director or KRA PIN certificate for the director or the company.
9. Single business permit for the company.

The requirements for joining TOSK as an associate member include:

1. Membership application form signed and stamped by the director of the company.
2. Membership fees of Ksh. 150,000 non-refundable paid per year.
3. A valid copy of the Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA) license for your company.
4. Copy of the certificate of incorporation or registration for the business.
5. Copy of the TOSK Code of Ethics form signed and stamped by the director of the company.
6. A copy of lease agreement from your landlord or letting agent.
7. A certificate of good conduct of the director or a KRA PIN certificate for the director or company.
8. Single business permit for the company.

The requirements to join TOSK as an affiliate member include:

1. Membership application form signed and stamped by the director of the company.
2. Payment of the annual membership fee of Ksh. 30,000.
3. For airlines, a copy of the Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC), valid for a minimum of six months, together with the Operational Specifications issued by the state of registration.
4. Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation or registration of the business.
5. Code of Ethics from TOSK signed and stamped by the director of the company.
6. A copy of lease agreement from the organization's landlord or letting agent.
7. A certificate of good conduct of the director or KRA PIN Certificate of the director or company.
8. Single business permit for the company.
9. Valid insurance certificates with aircraft type, registration number for each aircraft and respective details of registering authority, valid for a minimum of six months (in the case of airlines).
